37 of Concacaf's 41 nations: 12 in League A, 16 in League B and 9 in League C, ranked into the leagues by how they finished in 2024-25 — the promoted and the relegated moved one league up or down. Mexico, the United States, Canada and Panama are pre-seeded to the quarter-finals and play no group. Three points for a win; ties on points are settled by goal difference first, then goals scored, then head-to-head. A League A side plays four matches against three of its five group-mates — one of them home and away, the other two once — so the table ranks sides that never met; Leagues B and C are double round-robins. What a place means depends on the league. League A: the top two go to the quarter-finals, fifth and sixth are relegated to League B. League B: the group winner is promoted to League A, fourth is relegated to League C. League C: the group winner is promoted to League B.
